Meet the Coach

Jill Thomas is an experienced Personal Trainer and Wellness Consultant who specializes in extreme weight loss, mobility, and working with the aging adult. She has used exercise and meditation to successfully manage pain after a back injury and surgery. Her life's mission is to help others achieve their own personal wellness best! Using nutrition and exercise along with a fun integrative list of stress and pain relief suggestions, you CAN and WILL have the plan and support needed to get you to your wellness goals! She went to school in Northern California at the National Personal Training Institute where she studied hands on and was certified in Sports Medicine and Nutrition. She then began coaching for a National leading gym! Over the past few years, she has coached over 1,000 classes VIRTUALLY and her high energy will have you hooked on healthy! She virtually mentors and coaches affectively using her sports medicine knowledge mixed with JOY and POSITIVITY! Movement over muscle is her rule of choice!
